"When my mom’s health declined recently, my sister and I wanted to honor her wishes for her to stay in her home, but knew she would need additional support to safely do so. When we reached out to Visiting Angels (among other similar providers), Dana quickly returned our message, and came to meet us the very next day (along with Brooke, one of the caregivers). It was immediately clear that they were highly capable professionals, and we made arrangements to begin coverage the next week, Monday through Friday, day shifts only. Within a few weeks, circumstances worsened, and we asked Dana if she could provide 24/7 coverage for mom - Dana never said “no,” but instead said “let me make some arrangements and call you right back." Within 30 minutes she called back and said that everything was arranged and we could instead worry about other urgent issues. I can’t begin to describe what a HUGE relief this was, especially since I was ~1200 miles away at the time. Over the next several weeks, our needs changed multiple times - including at one point needing two caregivers providing 24/7 coverage - and Dana and her team were always there for us.

Mom passed away recently, but it was comforting to know she had such a high level of care during her final days. I can’t say enough positive things about Visiting Angels, especially Dana and her team of compassionate and professional caregivers. They were a true blessing during a very difficult period ."
